We believe that women who have been cast out of society because they were not able to get the surgery they need deserve a chance to be brought back.

We believe that children who are born with severe disabilities that put them back even before they begin developing deserve a fair chance to grow, live, and be productive.

We believe that the vast majority who have been afflicted by surgical diseases for which we have low-cost solutions today deserve a fighting chance to heal.
