Here is a checklist for each stage of your event and R2H collateral to assist you in having a successful screening

Planning your Event: (Before)

Event Details  To schedule and confirm your event, please complete short survey.  R2H Film Event Details Survey

Screening Invitation  Web/Email invite for your use on Eventbrite. Upon receipt of your completed Event Details, you will receive an email with a customized Eventbrite web invite for you to email to guests for their registration before and at the event (Tickets are FREE and registration at the event is encouraged)

Event Posting on R2H website – We will email a link to your event post to SHARE.

The Film  Receive your dvd or digital copy of the film from us 2-3 days before the screening

Test It!  Make sure the version works for you ahead of the screening

The Screening: (During)

Guest Check-in On-line Use Eventbrite on-line at the event to check-in Guests.

Sign in Sheet  For those that have not been checked in by Eventbrite R2H Sign-in Sheet

R2H Petition Make it available at screening & encourage everyone to sign R2H Petition

Photos Take photos of the guests, the venue, the event and email to us

Guest Feedback  Let your guests know that R2H will be sharing a link to a short post-screening feedback survey and please ask them to participate

Post-Screening Follow-up: (After)

Registration sheet Please scan or email in XLS, so we may stay in touch.

Host Post-Screening Follow-Up Complete short survey in link. We will compose and email you a link of the R2H blog post to SHARE in social media   Host Post-Screening Follow-up Survey

Guest Post-Screening Feedback Notify your guests that they will receive this survey link by email and encourage them to participate Guest Post-Screening Feedback Survey

Photos  Email us a few of the best photos that you took at the event for inclusion in an R2H blog post
